About Us

Coastal currently manages 35 Condo and Homeowner Associations. Our staff consists of 16 full-time licensed Community Association Managers, 3 Managing Assistants, an Administrative Assistant, a staff Certified Public Accountant, a full-time Bookkeeper, and a Director of Association Services.

Aimee, Association Manager

Aimee joined Coastal in November, 2018 when she moved to St. Augustine from Palm Beach County. She has been in property management for 10 years and as a Licensed Community Association Manager for 9 of those years. She loves what she does each and every day and enjoys making her residents and Board happy! Prior to entering the property management field, she was in the Title Insurance industry as an Escrow Officer and then an elementary school teacher.

Christine Haga is a Portfolio Manager several of our condos and HOAs managed out of our main office. She comes from a background in human resources/office management and accounting. Chris joined the Coastal Realty team in August 2015.

Chris, Association Manager

Christine Conlon is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) and in charge of the Windjammer Condominiums. She comes from an extensive business background including being the Founder and CEO of a publishing company, Operations Manager for a Financial Planning Firm and an Owner and Manager of Multifamily Residential Properties for over 25 years. Christine is committed to offering the highest quality of customer service for her owners and guests.


Christina, Association Manager

Christina comes from an extensive background of Commercial & Residential Real Estate Management, along with Retail Management. She currently manages Creston House Condominiums for both Association & Rental Management, with approximately 30 units available for vacation rentals.

Danielle, Association Manager

Danielle Kesner joined the Coastal Team in 2015. She is a CAM, Florida Notary and Rental Manager at the Sand Dollar I Condominium office in Crescent Beach. Danielle is also an active member of the marketing committee and photographs rental units for our website.


Deborah, Association Manager

Deborah has been working for Coastal Realty since 2013, and came to our company as a CAM through another agency. She oversees approx. 20 rental units and provides daily management services onsite at Barefoot Trace Condominium Association.

Ellen, Association Manager

Ellen has been working for Coastal Realty since 2008. She is a licensed CAM and currently manages the Inn at Camachee Harbor where she supervises a team of three innkeepers and the daily activities of the Inn. She also manages Camachee Island 1 Association.


Heather, Association Manager

Heather is the Onsite CAM for The Saint Augustine Beach and Tennis Club Association and Quail Hollow. She has a diverse business background of Accounting, Personal Training, Real Estate and Community Association Management.

Jamie, Association Manager

Jamie is a Portfolio Manager that began working for Coastal Realty in 2012. She has her CAM license and currently manages three associations, including rentals at Seaside at Anastasia. She has two BA degrees in Sociology & Spanish, and her Masters in Criminal Justice.


Jim, Association Manager

Jim is a CAM and maintenance supervisor for Sand Dollar III Association. He has been a part of Coastal Realty since 2006. He has an Associate’s Degree specializing in Business.

Jodi, Association Manager

Jodi is a recent transplant to St. Augustine from Colorado. She has a background in customer service, market rate and affordable housing, as well as vacation rentals.


Kathy, Managing Assistant

Kathy Dawson joined the Coastal Team in September 2018. She works part time as an administrative assistant at the Ocean Village Club Association Office. She has 20 plus years’ experience in Human Resources in the manufacturing arena. Her responsibilities at OVC include receiving & depositing monthly association fees, answering phones, updating owner information, pet registrations and other administrative type duties as they relate to the Association office.

Maria, Association Manager

Maria Armesto is a Portfolio Manager (CAM) for The Villages of Vilano, The Beach Homes at the Villages of Vilano and Ocean Gate I. She has two BA Degrees, Biology and Education. She taught for12years, worked at the National level representing Teachers, Paraprofessionals, Nurses and State Municipal and County Employees for 10 years. She is an Honorary Member of the American Veterans Post 45 Ladies Auxiliary, enjoys volunteering for post events and traveling.


Mary, Timeshare Coordinator

Mary has been working with Coastal Realty since 1995, and began to manage the 53 Timeshare units at St. Augustine Beach & Tennis Resort in 2004. She is a CAM and FL Notary.

Peyton, Association Manager

Peyton began working with Coastal in 2010 and works in the main office as a CAM, assisting with all of our community associations, and will often fill in at properties when other managers are absent. She is the award winning 2014 FCAP Manager of Excellence for her previous CAM position at Ocean Village Club. In addition, she has her Real Estate license and has professional hotel management experience.


Sheila, Managing Assistant

Sheila has been working for Coastal Realty since 2016. She is a liaison for Coastal Realty and travels between Belle Haven and Villages of Vilano. She is a receptionist for Camachee Inn. She has an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and certificates in Social Services.

Whitney, Association Manager

Whitney is a CAM and is one of our Portfolio Managers who manages several HOAs and condos in Coastal Realty’s main office. She has been with Coastal Realty since 2013.
