Amber, Property & Rental Manager

Amber Gonzales first joined Coastal Realty in 2021 as a rental department team member before going to work as onsite rental and property manager in 2022.  Originaly from Tennessee, she moved to Florida in 1988, and to beautiful St Augustine in 2011. She has a background in bookkeeping starting in 1988 and in property management since 2009. Amber also has personal experience with construction from her upbringing which is an asset when it comes to small and large property projects.  Amber is a dedicated manager and a wonderful asset to Coastal Realty!!

Christina, CAM & Rental Manager

Christina comes from an extensive background of Commercial & Residential Real Estate Management, along with Retail Management. She currently manages Creston House Condominiums for both Association & Rental Management, with approximately 30 units available for vacation rentals.

Cassie, CAM & Rental Manager

Cassie became a member of the Coastal team in 2013. She is a CAM and the onsite rental manager for Barefoot Trace Condominiums. She is also an active member of the marketing committee.



Ellen, Owner, CAM, HR

Ellen has been working for Coastal Realty since 2008. starting as an innkeeper/reservationist before becoming a CAM/Rental Manager in 2012.  In January 2023, Ellen became an Owner/Shareholder with Coastal Realty and works within both the Association and Rental divisions to support, guide and collaborate with the team to maintain the quality level of service Coastal Realty is known for.  Ellen also heads up the HR department and takes the lead on all personnel matters.

Jim, CAM

Joan, CAM

Joan joined Coastal Realty in May of 2021 as part-time CAM at Seaside at Anastasia. Joan has  9 years of experience in the property management industry (Legal, Administrative and Licensed CAM in Florida since moving to Florida 8 years ago.  Prior to that Joan has 15 years experience as a workers compenation paralegal.

Kelli,  Licensed Property Association Manager

Kelli is a resident of St Johns County and has 22 years’ experience as a Property Manager for a private Beach Club prior to becoming a Licensed Property Association Manager. Her expertise is an eye for detail, communication and follow thru. “I am excited to join the Coastal Team and look forward to meeting everyone soon.”

Maria,  Portfolio CAM

Maria Armesto is a Portfolio Manager (CAM) working out of our main office. She has two BA Degrees, Biology and Education. She taught for 12 years, worked at the National level representing Teachers, Paraprofessionals, Nurses and State Municipal and County Employees for 10 years. She is an Honorary Member of the American Veterans Post 45 Ladies Auxiliary, enjoys volunteering for post events and traveling.

Melissa,  Portfolio CAM

Melissa is a Portfolio Manager and has 8 years of experience as a CAM. She is a St. Augustine native with considerable knowledge of St. Johns County. Melissa is goal-oriented and enjoys communicating with Homeowners, Board Members, and Vendors for the betterment of the communities she serves. When not working, the phrase that fits her the best is, “just get me to the beach"!

Penny,  Portfolio CAM

Penny Chamberlain came to Coastal Relaty in 2023 with over 20 years in the property management field.  Starting in long term rental management enforcing leases, she then transitioned to association managment enforcing governing documents.  As a portfolio manager, Penny has managed condominium, homeowners associations in addtion to commercial property associations. Penny has experience in project management from inexpensive minor maintenance to six figure concrete restoration projects.  Her experience and competence are felt by all the communties she manages.

Peyton, Director Association Services

Peyton began working with Coastal in 2010 in our main office and works in the main office as a CAM, assisting with all of our community associations, and will often fill in at properties when other managers are absent. She is the award winning 2014 FCAP Manager of Excellence for her previous CAM position at Ocean Village Club. In addition, she is a Licensed Realtor, Notary and has 20+ years professional hotel management experience.

Whitney, Owner, CAM, Realtor

Whitney Curry has been with Coastal Realty since 2012, working as a Portfolio Association Manager before becoming an Owner/Shareholder in January 2023.  She supports our CAMS and BOD members in association management by getting to know their communities on a personal level to provide the best service based upon their specific needs.
